At Villi, we’re all about connection, and that starts with our team. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Katie, our Director of Operations and one of the key individuals who help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Katie has been part of the Villi family for three and a half years. Her favorite part of the job? Watching the relationships grow between Companions and clients.
As she says, “Many of our clients think about our Companions as extended family.” And that’s exactly how we want it to feel.
Outside of work, Katie stays busy in her own way. She’s an avid reader, usually making her way through 50 to 100 books a year! She also loves fishing and spending time with her golden retriever, who’s always ready for an outdoor adventure.
Katie’s commitment to Villi is rooted in one simple goal: making sure clients and Companions feel supported, seen, and valued. Whether it’s helping a new client get started or supporting our Companions and Advisors, she’s part of the heart behind Villi.
