If you’ve ever called Villi and felt like someone truly understood what you were going through, that calm, supportive voice might have been Stephanie’s. She’s been with us for over two years, and we’re so glad she’s part of the Villi family.
When we asked Stephanie what she wishes more people knew about Villi, her answer got right to the heart of what we do:
“That a little bit of help truly can go a long way, and that it’s okay to ask for help. I know it can feel like a burden, and a lot of times people don’t want to put their issues on others, but having a community there to offer help and be there when you need it can be life-changing. And that’s exactly what we’re here for, to help our community.”

Stephanie brings warmth and empathy to every conversation she has with clients and families. She knows that reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and she’s there to make it a little easier every step of the way.
When she’s not helping match clients with the right Companion, Stephanie’s at home making memories with her son. Together, they love diving into the world of Minecraft and going on rock and mineral adventures. (We hear she has quite the collection!)
Stephanie reminds us that small moments of connection, whether it’s helping someone book their first shift or sharing a Minecraft win with her son, can have a big impact.
